Miodrag Kostic is a Certified Management Consultant accredited by CMC Global and a Certified Digital Transformation Expert recognized by WKO Austria, with almost three decades of extensive consulting experience. From 1997 to 2002, he was the owner of “Web Consulting Honolulu” in the USA. Since 2003, he has been delivering comprehensive management consulting, digital transformation, and business training services to a diverse range of companies in Southeast Europe as the director and owner of “Veza Inc.” In the last five years, at the Serbian Center for Digital Transformation (CDT), he has engaged with over 50 Serbian SMEs, crafting and executing digital strategies while integrating cutting-edge technologies and innovative business models. Additionally, Miodrag has contributed as a senior expert to high-profile EU projects focused on innovation and SME business development across Serbia and the SEE region. He has acted as an implementing partner, Key Expert, and SSTE, collaborating with international organizations such as EAR, GIZ, USAID, and JICA..
